FAMILY WEEKEND: 2024
The Office of Student Transitions will host a variety of events throughout the weekend for our families and guests to attend, including a breakfast with our President!
Registration includes a free breakfast Saturday morning with President and First Lady Hawkins. Items that require tickets will be noted on the schedule with *. These sports tickets and tickets to the University Theatre production of “1984” can be purchased from the link in the registration confirmation.
Students will be able to get into any sports or theater production for free with their student ID. Students can pick up their theater tickets at the box office starting September 10th from 3-6 pm.

Friday, October 11
- 3-5 p.m.: Gallery Talk with Yuni Lee: “Reflections and Refractions,” Mayer Museum
- 5-7 p.m.: Dinner in the Caf*
- 8 p.m.: University Theatre presents “1984”*
Saturday, October 12
- 9-10 a.m.: Breakfast with the President & First Lady, University Center- CJ Davidson Ballrooms
- 1 p.m.: Belles Soccer vs Oklahoma Christian*
- 2 p.m.: Belles Volleyball vs Texas A&M- Kingsville*
- 3-5p.m.: Ram Jam Tailgate
- 6 p.m.: Rams Football vs Texas A&M- Kingsville*
- 8 p.m.: University Theatre presents “1984”*
Ongoing Activities:
- 10 a.m.-2:30 p.m.: University Bookstore open (Saturday)
- 10 a.m.-5 p.m.: Mayer Museum open (Friday & Saturday)
